By downloading, installing, or using Photo Report Maker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Photo Report Maker is a mobile application that allows users to create PDF photo reports from images stored on their device. The App operates offline and stores all data locally.

Subscription and Payments

• The App offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality.
• After the trial, free users may continue to use the App with a watermark on exported PDFs.
• A premium subscription ($2.99/month) removes the watermark and unlocks all features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, text, and reports you create using the App. We do not claim any rights to your content. All content remains on your device and is not uploaded to any server.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content of the reports you create.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gapsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
