Photo Report Maker ("the App") is developed by gapsoft. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Data Collection

Photo Report Maker is designed to work primarily offline. Your photos and reports are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to any server.

• Photos and reports are stored locally on your device only.
• No account or sign-up is required to use the App.
• Anonymous usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as PDF export frequency and feature usage. This data includes a device identifier but is not linked to your identity.
• No advertising — we do not display ads or share data with advertisers.

Subscription Data

If you subscribe to the premium plan, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). We may receive anonymized subscription status information through RevenueCat to manage your premium access.

Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your photo library so you can select images for your reports. Photos are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or transfer any personal data to third parties. However, we use the following services:

• RevenueCat — to manage subscription status using anonymized user IDs. Privacy Policy

Data Retention

All data remains on your device. When you delete the App, all associated data is removed. We retain no copies.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is a general-purpose productivity tool not directed at children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
